You have a proven track record of leading financial consulting teams and driving business transformation initiatives. With extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, you understand the complexities of corporate finance and can influence clients' financial decisions effectively. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value proposition of finance transformation solutions clearly. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to develop innovative go-to-market strategies that align with CFGI's vision. You are adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that you understand their unique challenges and can provide tailored solutions. Your technical expertise includes familiarity with ERP technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI.
What you'll do
As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of CFGI's FP&A Advisory practice. You will lead project teams in delivering business transformation initiatives that align finance with broader business strategies. Your responsibilities will include assessing clients' financial challenges, diagnosing root problems, and recommending effective solutions. You will also manage financial risks by analyzing sales and spending trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing best-in-class business partnering support. In addition, you will participate in business development initiatives, helping to expand CFGI's client base and enhance its market presence. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to CFGI's success.
