Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in capital markets and finance transformation projects — you've successfully led multi-disciplinary teams and coordinated complex transactions such as IPOs and acquisitions. Your familiarity with financial systems and ERP technologies like SAP, Oracle, and Workday allows you to effectively advise clients on best practices and ensure successful project outcomes.
You possess strong organizational and communication skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines. Your ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams is essential for driving transformation and delivering high-quality results for clients. You are proficient with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, and ClickUp, which you use to maintain detailed project plans and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work as an extension of CFGI’s Project Management Advisory practice, leading and coordinating complex transaction and finance transformation projects. You will focus on capital markets initiatives, playing an integral role in delivering successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on best practices for planning and executing capital markets and finance transformation projects, as well as developing and maintaining detailed project plans for complex transactions.
You will lead discussions with client stakeholders across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and progress toward project goals. Your oversight will extend to technical accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, finance transformation, and cybersecurity efforts. You will collaborate closely with CFGI partners and client leaders to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
