Who you are
You have a strong background in capital markets and strategic finance, with a proven track record of managing complex transactions and developing funding strategies. Your experience includes overseeing day-to-day operations of capital facilities, ensuring effective funding and reporting processes. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Risk, and Finance, to optimize financial performance and execution of capital markets transactions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage relationships with investors and lenders effectively.
Desirable
Experience in developing innovative financing structures and optimizing existing facilities is a plus. Familiarity with liquidity products such as warehouses, securitizations, and corporate debt transactions will enhance your candidacy. You are adaptable and eager to learn, ready to embrace new challenges as Chime expands its suite of financial products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Chime's funding strategy, focusing on both new and existing products to meet corporate needs. You will design new financing structures and optimize current facilities to ensure they align with Chime's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end execution of capital markets transactions, such as warehouses, securitizations, forward-flow programs, and corporate debt. You will work closely with various teams to gather insights on operational and financial performance, using this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and enhance execution.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with investors and lenders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the funding process. Your role will require you to stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that may impact Chime's capital strategy, allowing you to proactively adjust plans as necessary. You will play a key role in shaping Chime's capital markets strategy as the company explores new financing opportunities and expands its product offerings.
