As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you are a proactive and inquisitive individual with a strong customer-first mindset. You excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that clients receive an exceptional onboarding experience. Your organizational skills and motivation are key to your success in this role, as you will be responsible for guiding clients through their onboarding journey and ensuring that industry best practices are met.

You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with clients across various states in the United States.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead clients through their onboarding journey, ensuring that they are set up for success with the software. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and align their goals with the capabilities of the software.
