Who you are
You have experience in software onboarding or have led software implementations, demonstrating your ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. You are committed to customer success and are eager to learn and grow in the marketing, sales, and customer service sectors. Your native-level Japanese and proficiency in English allow you to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
You are passionate about helping organizations grow better and understand the importance of reducing the time to value for customers. You thrive in collaborative settings and are excited about the evolving landscape of marketing and customer success in Japan.
Desirable
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus, as is any consulting experience. Familiarity with APIs and system integrations will help you navigate technical discussions with clients and colleagues.
What you'll do
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients who have signed up for HubSpot. You will conduct interviews to understand their business goals, challenges, and organizational structure. Your role will involve guiding clients through the initial setup and configuration of HubSpot, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience.
You will work closely with sales and customer success managers to create a frictionless customer experience. Your understanding of new features and product updates will be crucial in helping clients adapt their operations effectively. You will play a significant role in shaping the success of our clients in the Japanese market.
