Your experience includes fostering collaboration between engineering teams and operationalizing delivery processes across platform engineering. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide technical vision and strategy effectively. What you'll do
As the Director of Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the platform and infrastructure strategy at Checkr. You will guide the technical vision for a highly scalable, available, and secure platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of various engineering teams. Your role will involve creating a catalog of services that can be utilized by other teams, promoting the adoption of these services across the organization.
You will develop and drive platform architecture practices that encourage reuse and common solution elements. Additionally, you will operationalize and manage delivery across the platform engineering team, scaling processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization.
