You are a seasoned leader with a strong background in platform engineering and cloud infrastructure — you have a proven track record of transforming how organizations build, deploy, and scale their software and infrastructure. With 7+ years of experience in engineering leadership, you understand the intricacies of managing teams and driving technical excellence.
You possess deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker — you are comfortable evolving technology stacks to meet the demands of modern software development. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and collaboration, fostering an environment where engineers can thrive.
You are adept at setting technical vision and architecture — you can translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies that align with business goals. Your experience includes ensuring the scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of platforms that support high-quality software delivery.
You have a strong understanding of developer experience and engineering standards — you know how to create an environment that empowers product engineering teams to deliver quickly and safely.
