What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Trust & Safety team at Chime, you will lead a group of talented engineers focused on enhancing the security and reliability of our banking features. You will work closely with engineering leaders to identify and resolve bottlenecks in our existing software infrastructure, guiding your team through the implementation of scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing new consumer product features while ensuring that all technical decisions align with our quality, performance, and security goals. You will be hands-on in your approach, actively participating in coding and technical discussions while also focusing on team building and career development for your engineers. Establishing clear objectives and expectations will be key to your success, as you align team efforts with broader business goals.
