Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, ideally within a tech or fintech environment — you understand how to leverage data to drive growth and have a proven track record of running successful marketing experiments. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are comfortable making decisions based on data analysis and performance metrics.

Your expertise includes strong skills in A/B testing and performance analysis — you know how to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that will have the most significant impact on business outcomes. You are adept at research, positioning, and messaging, ensuring that your marketing strategies resonate with target audiences.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams — you can articulate growth strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to work closely with product teams ensures that marketing efforts align with product development and user experience.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and SQL for data analysis. A background in performance marketing or digital marketing will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for assigned squads, from problem definition and opportunity sizing through roadmap prioritization and delivery against quarterly and annual goals. You will serve as the embedded growth marketing lead within squads, co-owning quarterly planning and execution.

You will identify growth opportunities and run experiments to drive metric movement against clear goals — your role will involve analyzing performance data to inform decisions and optimize marketing strategies. You will collaborate with product teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with product launches and enhancements.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement — you will analyze the effectiveness of these campaigns and iterate based on performance data. You will also be accountable for reporting on growth outcomes and presenting findings to leadership.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $150,000 and going up to $208,000, along with a bonus and equity package. You will be part of a dynamic team that values data-driven decision-making and innovation.
