Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention. You excel at analyzing customer insights and translating them into actionable marketing initiatives that enhance the user experience and drive measurable business impact. Your background includes a strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) frameworks, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to execute growth experiments. You thrive in environments where data-driven decision-making is key, and you are adept at using tools like SQL to analyze performance metrics. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. You may also have a background in lifecycle marketing, which will help you understand the nuances of customer engagement throughout their journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute growth opportunities across the PLG funnel, focusing on activation, conversion, and expansion strategies. You will partner closely with product teams to shape and implement growth initiatives that enhance customer discovery and value realization. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing experiments to optimize the customer journey, analyzing results, and iterating on strategies based on data insights. You will also collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing and Data teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and messaging. Your work will directly impact how Klaviyo's customers engage with the product, driving both user satisfaction and business growth.
