Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in growth-focused roles, where you've successfully driven user acquisition and conversion strategies. Your background includes a strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) principles, and you thrive at the intersection of customer insights and marketing execution.
You are data-driven and comfortable using SQL to analyze customer behavior and marketing performance. Your experience with A/B testing allows you to make informed decisions that enhance user engagement and conversion rates. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are motivated by measurable business impact and enjoy experimenting with different marketing strategies to find what works best. Your ability to turn insights into actionable marketing initiatives sets you apart, and you are passionate about helping customers discover value in products quickly.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with lifecycle marketing and web analytics tools. If you have a background in SaaS or e-commerce, that would be beneficial for this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define growth opportunities across the PLG funnel, focusing on activation, conversion, and expansion. You will partner closely with product teams to shape and execute growth initiatives and experiments that drive user engagement and retention.
You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform your marketing strategies. Collaborating with the Lifecycle Marketing, Web, and Data teams, you will design and implement campaigns that optimize the customer journey from free to paid conversion.
Your responsibilities will include developing messaging that resonates with target audiences and conducting experiments to test the effectiveness of different marketing approaches. You will track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
