What you'll do
In this role, you will design and facilitate programs that strengthen individual and team performance at Chime. You will create enablement tools and resources that support critical performance cycles, including annual and mid-year reviews. Your work will involve collaborating with the People Team and business leaders to ensure that development experiences are impactful and aligned with organizational goals. You will manage the People Development presence on Interchange, ensuring that content is easy to find and continuously updated. You will also leverage AI-driven performance support tools to enhance learning experiences, making them more accessible and integrated into daily workflows. Your role will require you to engage deeply with various stakeholders, balancing strategic program design with tactical execution to ensure that development initiatives truly move the needle.
