You have 5+ years of experience in people operations or human resources, ideally in a tech environment β you thrive in ambiguity and are skilled at building relationships with leaders to foster a high-performing culture. You set a high bar for yourself and others, demonstrating strong judgment and the ability to drive momentum in your initiatives. Your experience includes partnering with teams to enhance employee engagement and performance, ensuring that talent acquisition aligns with organizational goals. You are adept at navigating complex situations and can provide strategic insights to leadership on people-related matters. You believe in the importance of creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the organization to build and maintain high-performing teams β you will provide guidance on talent management, performance evaluation, and employee development.
