You are an early-career IT Product Manager with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of AI. You have a foundational understanding of product management principles and are eager to support the end-to-end lifecycle of internal AI products. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with engineers and operational teams to turn opportunities into impactful solutions. Your analytical mindset allows you to participate in user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements. You are detail-oriented, maintaining clean user stories and acceptance criteria for a scoped backlog. You are excited about driving adoption and measurable outcomes through effective documentation and training materials.
Desirable
Experience with SQL is a plus, as it will help you define success metrics and instrument basic telemetry for product performance. Familiarity with user journey mapping and critical user interviews will enhance your ability to synthesize insights into problem statements and MVP scopes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the product execution and delivery of internal AI tools, working closely with senior PMs to manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch. You will maintain a clean backlog, contributing to user stories and prioritization efforts. Your responsibilities will include participating in user research to map critical user journeys and synthesizing insights into actionable requirements. You will assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and create documentation and training materials that drive product adoption. Additionally, you will partner with engineering and analytics teams to define success metrics and report on product outcomes, ensuring that the tools you help develop deliver measurable improvements in service delivery and decision support.

MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $108,000 and $212,000 USD.
