You have extensive experience as a Senior Administrator, particularly with SaaS applications, and a strong focus on security and scalability. Your expertise in Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence, makes you a subject matter expert in managing these platforms effectively. You understand the importance of seamless integration with Identity and Access Management systems, ensuring secure access for all users.

You are skilled in configuring and customizing complex projects, workflows, and issue types to meet the diverse needs of various teams within the organization. Your attention to detail ensures that the performance and health of the Atlassian environment are consistently monitored and optimized. You are proactive in implementing automation and security best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of the systems you manage.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator for the Atlassian Cloud products, taking ownership of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. You will design, configure, and maintain projects and workflows that cater to the needs of Engineering, Product, and Business teams. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the health and performance of the Atlassian environment, managing marketplace apps, and ensuring that security protocols are adhered to.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the SaaS applications are fully integrated with the company's identity strategy. Your role will also involve troubleshooting issues, providing support to users, and implementing enhancements based on feedback. You will play a critical role in shaping the identity and access management strategy for the organization, ensuring that all employees have secure and efficient access to the tools they need.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $127,000 and going up to $175,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
