What you'll do

In your role as People Systems Lead, you will be responsible for scaling Braze's global people technology infrastructure — this includes leading cross-functional projects that enhance HR systems and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the systems are optimized for a dynamic workforce.

You will take the lead on complex projects, from global implementations to payroll integrations, ensuring that all aspects are executed smoothly and effectively.
