Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in AI architecture and technical leadership, enabling you to define and lead end-to-end AI architecture for complex ecosystems. Your ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes is crucial in translating business strategy into scalable AI technology solutions. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level clients and stakeholders. Your experience includes coaching and mentoring senior architects and technical leads, shaping their career development paths.
Desirable
Familiarity with consultancy practices is a plus, as is knowledge of frameworks such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, and SAFe. You have experience in hiring, growing, and managing architect-level talent, and you may have public speaking or thought leadership experience in AI, engineering, or architecture forums.
What you'll do
In this strategic leadership role, you will shape and lead the technology vision across large-scale programs and key client relationships. You will be responsible for designing modern, scalable, secure, and high-impact AI architectures while enabling teams to implement those solutions with technical excellence and agility. You will act as a technical sponsor for CI&Tβs most strategic accounts, working closely with C-level clients and non-technical stakeholders. Your role will involve leading architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical AI platforms and innovation programs.
You will govern technical quality across delivery squads, driving adherence to security, performance, scalability, and privacy standards. Additionally, you will support pre-sales, proposal development, RFPs, and technical visioning with account teams and clients. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that the AI solutions developed meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
