You have extensive experience in data architecture and technical leadership, having successfully designed and implemented data solutions that drive business outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. You are familiar with frameworks such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, and SAFe, which you have applied in previous roles to enhance project outcomes. Your leadership skills enable you to coach and mentor senior architects and technical leads, fostering their professional growth and development.

You have a background in consultancy, which has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex client environments and deliver tailored solutions. Your experience in hiring and managing architect-level talent demonstrates your commitment to building high-performing teams. Additionally, you have engaged in public speaking or thought leadership within engineering and architecture forums, showcasing your expertise and passion for the field.
What you'll do
As a Senior Data Architect at CI&T, you will define and lead the end-to-end data architecture for complex ecosystems, ensuring that technical depth aligns with business objectives. You will conduct discovery workshops and assessments to translate business strategies into scalable technology solutions, creating roadmaps that guide implementation. Acting as a technical sponsor for CI&Tβs most strategic accounts, you will collaborate closely with C-level clients and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Your role will involve leading architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical platforms and innovation programs, ensuring that all solutions adhere to security, performance, scalability, and privacy standards.
You will govern technical quality across delivery squads, driving adherence to best practices and standards. Supporting pre-sales activities, proposal development, and technical visioning with account teams and clients will also be part of your responsibilities. You will coach and mentor senior architects and technical leads, shaping their career development paths and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
