Who you are

You have strong experience as an AI Engineer, with a focus on designing and deploying AI-driven applications and services. Your expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI allows you to tackle complex business challenges effectively. You are familiar with building and integrating LLM-based solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, ensuring that your solutions are reliable, scalable, and high-performing. You understand the importance of optimizing models and systems for performance, cost, and scalability in production environments.

You have a solid grasp of data engineering concepts and tools, which enables you to implement data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference services across different environments. Your experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams has equipped you with the skills to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions. You are also knowledgeable about AI ethics, privacy, and security best practices, ensuring responsible AI usage in your projects.

Desirable

While not mandatory, familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns would be advantageous. Previous experience in consultancy or client-facing projects is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand their needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and services, focusing on Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include building and integrating LLM-based solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, ensuring that they meet reliability, scalability, and performance standards.

You will implement data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference services across various environments, optimizing models and systems for performance, cost, and scalability in production. You will also ensure best practices related to model evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and responsible AI usage are followed. Your contributions will extend to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and proof-of-concepts for AI initiatives, allowing you to stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
