CI&T is hiring a Principal Consultant / Technical Delivery Lead to oversee complex digital engagements. You'll bridge solution architecture and technical delivery while guiding local and global teams. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in technical delivery and project management, ideally with a background in solution architecture. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and engineering teams ensures that projects are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at leading diverse teams across different locations.
You possess a strong understanding of digital engagement strategies and can translate client needs into actionable technical solutions. Your leadership style is inclusive, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability among your peers and subordinates. You are adept at managing complex projects and have a proven track record of successful delivery in fast-paced environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the key bridge for our most complex digital engagements, ensuring that what is promised to the client is technically sound and successfully delivered. You will lead from the front, guiding both local Australian teams and our global nearshore/offshore centres of excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that engineering squads are aligned with project goals.
