You'll manage partner programs and ensure operational excellence across the APAC region. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in partnership management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience navigating partner ecosystems and maximizing the value of strategic alliances. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple programs and funding opportunities effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success in partnership initiatives.
You are familiar with partner portals such as AWS APN and Microsoft Partner Center, and you understand the importance of maintaining compliance and elevating tier status with key partners. Your ability to track certifications and identify gaps in talent development is crucial for empowering your colleagues and enhancing the overall capabilities of your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between CI&T and its global technology partners, ensuring that the company is operationally positioned to win alongside partners across Australia, China, Singapore, and Japan. You will navigate partner programs, securing funding and managing certifications to optimize partner relationships. Your responsibilities will include organizing partner-led workshops and training sessions to develop a team of certified practitioners within CI&T APAC.
You will also be responsible for executing joint regional events and internal enablement sessions, ensuring that your colleagues have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in front of clients. Your focus will be on program architecture and empowering your team, rather than traditional sales tactics.
