You have a strong background in partner management and business development, with a proven track record of identifying and recruiting partners that drive revenue growth. You understand the importance of nurturing existing partnerships and have experience implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize revenue potential. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at building relationships with various stakeholders, including managed service providers and systems integrators.

You are results-driven and have a keen ability to analyze market trends and partner performance to inform your strategies. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey the value of AvePoint's solutions to potential partners. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a diverse partner ecosystem, ensuring that each partnership aligns with AvePoint's goals and objectives.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly in data security or cloud solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with the Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce ecosystems will give you an edge in understanding the needs of potential partners. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can manage your time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.

What you'll do

As the Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners that align with AvePoint's strategic goals. You will engage with various types of partners, including managed service providers, value-added resellers, and systems integrators, to create a robust partner ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on driving partner-sourced revenue, and you will be measured on your success in this area.

You will support the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to effectively sell AvePoint's solutions. This includes developing training materials and conducting sessions to familiarize partners with the AvePoint Confidence Platform. You will also nurture existing partnerships, working closely with partners to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AvePoint's products and services.

Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the support they require to succeed. You will analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and revenue generation.

Collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, will be essential to ensure that partners are equipped with the latest information and tools to effectively promote AvePoint's offerings. You will also participate in industry events and conferences to represent AvePoint and expand the partner network.
