AvePoint is hiring a Partner Development Manager to lead the Managed Service Provider program in the ANZ region. You'll focus on enabling and developing partnerships to drive mutual success. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in channel management.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in partner development and channel management, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience includes building and nurturing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to drive business growth and revenue. You understand the importance of aligning partner goals with company objectives, ensuring mutual success through collaboration and support.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of AvePoint's solutions to partners. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and understand their needs sets you apart. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
What you'll do
As the Partner Development Manager, you will be the face of AvePointβs MSP program in the ANZ region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and build relationships with MSP partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage AvePointβs platform and solutions. You will work closely with partners to maintain and grow their annual recurring revenue while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible experience for our partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution, as you develop initiatives that align with both AvePoint's and partners' business objectives.
