What you'll do

In this role, you will curate and document tactical insights from sales and contract management, transforming them into structured and intuitive documentation that serves as a knowledge hub for the organization. You will build and maintain an internal site to centralize the team's solutions and best practices, ensuring that information is easily accessible and well-organized. Your active role in internal communication will involve creating and managing content dissemination flows across platforms like Google Chat, ensuring that vital information reaches the appropriate stakeholders directly.

You will develop the visual identity for presentations and complex solutions, turning dense content into comprehensible and visually appealing materials that effectively communicate key messages. Your ability to synthesize information logically will be crucial as you work relationally with contract managers to gain trust and facilitate access to valuable insights. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal narrative of CI&T, ensuring that sales learnings are documented and disseminated with clarity and impact.
