You are a seasoned Software Architect or Tech Lead with a strong background in Node.js and cloud technologies, particularly AWS. You have a passion for leading development teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your experience includes designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices in software engineering.

You thrive in agile environments, actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Your leadership style is inspiring, and you enjoy mentoring team members to help them grow in their technical skills and careers. You are well-versed in microservices architecture and serverless computing, understanding how to leverage these technologies to build robust applications.

You have a solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and are committed to maintaining high standards of code quality through regular code reviews and documentation. Your knowledge of mobile development with React Native and TypeScript is a plus, allowing you to contribute to diverse projects within the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a development team, providing technical guidance and support as they create innovative solutions. You will be responsible for generating and managing the development backlog, ensuring that the team delivers value to the business consistently. Your hands-on approach will involve writing high-quality code and implementing best practices in software development.

You will actively participate in agile ceremonies, facilitating discussions that drive team alignment and productivity. Your expertise in AWS services such as SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB will be crucial as you design and implement cloud-based solutions. You will also foster a culture of learning and collaboration, encouraging team members to share knowledge and improve their skills.
