Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, with extensive experience in enhancing onboarding processes and digital customer journeys. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing allows you to develop effective strategies that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. You are passionate about fostering self-serve enablement capabilities and have a strong understanding of go-to-market motions. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can optimize team performance and drive engagement through digital-first initiatives.

Desirable

Experience in building community platforms and managing customer ticket systems is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and performance monitoring will help you excel in this role. You are also comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a knack for identifying areas for improvement in customer interactions.

What you'll do

As the VP of Onboarding and Digital Experience, you will lead the development and optimization of the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to implement strategies that enhance self-service resources and community engagement. Your role will involve monitoring customer performance metrics and managing customer ticket systems to ensure timely resolutions. You will also collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align onboarding strategies with overall business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in driving customer engagement through digital-first hubs and communities, ultimately contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.
