What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the digital experience of Tovala's mobile app and web platforms. You will collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve gathering customer feedback and conducting user research to inform product decisions. You will work closely with engineers to ensure that the implementation aligns with the product vision and meets quality standards. You will also be involved in exploring early concepts and prototypes, guiding them through to launch and subsequent iterations based on user feedback. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial in driving projects forward and ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
