Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, with extensive experience in developing and optimizing onboarding processes that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing allows you to create cohesive strategies that drive customer success throughout the lifecycle.
You are passionate about fostering self-serve enablement capabilities and have a deep understanding of the digital customer journey. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration and operational efficiency, ensuring that your team is equipped to manage customer inquiries effectively and monitor performance metrics.
What you'll do
As the VP of Onboarding and Digital Experience, you will be responsible for driving customer success initiatives that ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will lead a team focused on optimizing customer ticket management and enhancing engagement through digital-first hubs and community platforms.
