You have extensive experience in digital onboarding and customer success, ideally with a background in IT infrastructure and security management solutions. Your strategic mindset allows you to build scalable onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-value and improve product adoption. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to enhance customer experiences.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving customer success through innovative onboarding strategies. What you'll do
