What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a small team of Account Managers, focusing on driving retention and expansion within major global social networks. You will regularly engage with senior leadership at both Brandwatch and key accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Your strategic vision will guide your team in developing tailored solutions that address the unique challenges faced by each client.
You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring that your team meets or exceeds these targets. This includes analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
