You possess excellent communication skills in German and English, allowing you to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders. Your proactive approach to handling ad-hoc inquiries related to social benefits and personnel management systems ensures that our employees receive the support they need.
What you'll do
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will guide employees through all phases of their professional lifecycle, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing assistance during offboarding. You will maintain personnel records and manage inquiries related to social benefits and HR systems. Your role will involve close collaboration with teams and stakeholders across Germany, the UK, Copenhagen, and other EMEA locations, making you a reliable support for our global HR team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality. You will also assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our people operations processes.
