You have a strong background in strategic account management, ideally with experience in consultancy or client-facing roles. You understand new concepts and technologies, and you can translate complex technical solutions into business value for clients. Your ability to build meaningful relationships with clients is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and can balance priorities in a fast-paced setting. You are proactive in problem-solving and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to develop holistic plans for clients.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solution Strategist at Brandwatch, you will play a key role in winning, growing, and retaining our most strategic accounts across EMEA and APAC. You will scope and define tailored services solutions, such as bespoke insights reporting, workshops, enablement, and other types of consultancy that align with client objectives. Your contributions will shape the future of social engagement, and you will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless integration of our services and products. You will collaborate with engineers to discuss technical solutions and ensure that client needs are met effectively.
