What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for Cision in France, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
You will also play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the EMOA region, including the UK, Germany, Portugal, and Bulgaria. This will involve understanding the local job markets and adapting our recruitment strategies accordingly.
