What you'll do

As the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager at Bigblue, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent to support our ambitious expansion plans. You will own the entire recruitment strategy and operations, working closely with our leadership team and hiring managers to fill key leadership roles and high-impact individual contributor positions across multiple countries. Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
