You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with experience leading recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Your fluency in both French and English enables you to engage effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders. You possess strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, particularly for tech and operations roles, which allows you to identify and engage the best candidates in a competitive market.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills make you comfortable advising hiring managers and challenging them when necessary. You are passionate about creating a great candidate experience and building authentic employer branding that resonates with potential hires. Your ability to collaborate closely with leadership teams and hiring managers ensures that recruitment efforts align with the company's growth objectives.
What you'll do
As the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager at Bigblue, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent to support our ambitious expansion plans. You will own the entire recruitment strategy and operations, working closely with our leadership team and hiring managers to fill key leadership roles and high-impact individual contributor positions across multiple countries.
