Vibe is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage high-volume recruiting across all departments. You'll work closely with founders and leads to clear the hiring backlog. This role requires fluency in English and French.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in high-volume recruiting environments. Your experience allows you to manage multiple requisitions efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality and speed. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable working directly with leadership to meet hiring goals. Fluency in both English and French is essential, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
You understand the nuances of sourcing talent, utilizing advanced search techniques to uncover passive candidates. Your ability to facilitate seamless interview processes ensures that hiring managers remain focused and decisive throughout the recruitment cycle. You are data-driven, maintaining a clean and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take charge of full-cycle recruitment, managing a high-volume requisition load across both technical and go-to-market roles. Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates from initial contact through to signed offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will work closely with hiring managers to facilitate interview loops, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
Your success will be measured by the quality and speed of the talent you bring into the organization. You will be expected to maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment, utilizing metrics to track your progress and identify areas for improvement. As a core member of the team, you will collaborate with founders and department leads to align recruitment strategies with the company's growth objectives.
