Who you are

You have a strong background in employee relations, with experience providing guidance on performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases. Your ability to develop and maintain ER policies and procedures is essential, as is your commitment to fostering a positive work environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, valuing diverse perspectives and encouraging open communication among team members. Your approach is pragmatic and aligned with the company's culture and values, ensuring that all processes are fair and transparent.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the delivery of ClearBank's employee relations strategy, providing advice and support to managers and employees on various ER matters. You will assist in developing and maintaining ER policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with the company's values. Your responsibilities will include building manager capability and contributing to a positive work environment through proactive ER practices. You will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure that employee relations processes are effective and supportive of ClearBank's collaborative culture.
