Who you are
You have a strong background in data analysis and growth management — your experience includes developing and executing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention. You are data-driven and can leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to assess member behavior and improve performance. Your analytical rigor allows you to build reporting capabilities that help stakeholders understand retention metrics effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate with various teams to implement growth strategies. You are comfortable testing and piloting new initiatives, balancing speed and rigor to achieve tangible results. Your ability to segment and assess key member cohorts enables you to tailor strategies that resonate with different user groups.
What you'll do
In this role, you will continuously build reporting capabilities around usage and retention, providing insights that help stakeholders understand member engagement. You will segment and assess key member cohorts using both quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion, usage, and retention across these segments. You will also test and pilot new growth and retention strategies, including pricing and plan structures, to find the best approaches for enhancing member experiences.
Your success will be measured by the tangible wins delivered through high-impact pilots and scaled initiatives. You will dive deep into the data on member behavior, helping the team understand how to improve performance with a data-driven approach that scales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the membership strategy aligns with CLEAR's mission of creating frictionless experiences for its members.
