What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at CLEAR, you will own the end-to-end implementation process for healthcare clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet all compliance standards. You will coordinate with various teams, including Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Engineering, to align workflows and technical requirements. Your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation journey and ensuring they are equipped to adopt CLEAR's products effectively.
You will be responsible for accelerating time to value for clients by managing the integration of CLEAR's solutions into their existing workflows. This includes overseeing compliance approvals and ensuring that all technical requirements are tested and met at key milestones. You will also gather feedback from clients post-launch to ensure that they are achieving the desired outcomes and to identify areas for improvement in future implementations.
