What you'll do

As the Implementation Manager at Decagon, you will own the strategy and execution of AI agent deployments across various customer environments. You will partner with customer teams to understand their workflows and design strategies that align with their goals, ensuring they feel confident in their use of AI. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into effective implementation plans. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process, from initial planning through to execution and post-deployment support. Your focus will be on delivering world-class AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive long-term success. You will also play a key role in refining the implementation process, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that best practices are followed. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality will be crucial to your success in this role.
