What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at VTS, you will work closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process for their data and products. You will plan, schedule, and manage project timelines from kickoff through to go-live, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within scope. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to provide a consistent client experience from pre-sale through implementation and early adoption. Your role will involve approving project milestones and supporting clients in adopting VTS products effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in the implementation process, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Success organization.
