What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily trade surveillance reviews for Clear Street's active trader client base — your primary focus will be on detecting, reviewing, and escalating potential market manipulation and abusive trading activity. You will utilize Nasdaq Trade Surveillance (NTS) to monitor equities and listed options, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate closely with the Compliance Team to enhance surveillance processes and contribute to the development of best practices in trade monitoring. Your analytical judgment will be essential in interpreting complex trading behaviors and identifying trends that may indicate market abuse.

As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to expand your responsibilities within the Compliance Team — this may include participating in investigations and contributing to the development of compliance policies and procedures. You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated on evolving surveillance scenarios and regulatory requirements.
