Clever is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experience for school district and application partners. You'll connect with customers via email and phone, providing personalized technical support. This is a contract position with flexible hours.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a desire to grow your knowledge in the EdTech industry. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy connecting with customers to solve their technical issues. Your strong communication skills enable you to provide fast and friendly support, ensuring a positive experience for every user.
You are comfortable managing a high volume of customer support requests, handling around 40+ cases a day through phone and email. You are detail-oriented and can prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that each customer receives the attention they deserve. You are eager to learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing to the success of the Clever team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will independently manage and prioritize customer support requests, providing assistance to school districts and application partners. You will communicate with customers via email and phone, addressing their technical issues and ensuring they have a seamless experience with Clever's identity platform. You will participate in a robust onboarding program and ongoing development through the Quality Assurance program, which will help you grow your skills and knowledge in the EdTech space.
You will work closely with a supportive team, collaborating to deliver outstanding customer service and continuously improving the support process. Your role will involve creatively solving technical issues and providing personalized assistance to users, helping them navigate Clever's products effectively. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to team discussions and share insights on how to enhance the customer experience.
