You thrive in environments where exceptional service drives long-term advocacy and are passionate about the mission of connecting students to learning opportunities worldwide.
You bring experience in managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients, demonstrating a sharp eye for account growth and renewal lifecycle management. Your ability to proactively identify opportunities for expansion and revenue growth is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively bridge customer needs with Cleverβs internal teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a primary strategic advisor to Clever's partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from the identity platform for education. You will be responsible for the commercial health of your portfolio, proactively managing renewals and identifying opportunities for growth. Collaborating closely with Cleverβs Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams, you will ensure that partner feedback informs product development and innovation.
You will drive the adoption and retention of Clever's products across a diverse range of EdTech organizations, working to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to inform strategies that improve partner outcomes and foster long-term relationships. You will also play a key role in onboarding new partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
