Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach. Your background includes advocating for customers and acting as an extension of their team within your organization. You possess a keen interest in technology, particularly databases, and are eager to learn about MongoDB's offerings. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously, making key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to navigate challenges and advocate for your customers effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become the main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging your technical and account management skills. You will take full ownership of your customer portfolio, making critical decisions regarding customer escalations and collaborating with internal teams such as Sales and Professional Services. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will also work on developing the Customer Success program, contributing to its growth and effectiveness.
What we offer
MongoDB provides a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $172,000 USD for this role, along with comprehensive benefits including parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, and mental health counseling. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment out of our San Francisco office, allowing for flexibility in your work arrangements.
