You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry — you understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights that drive product improvements and enhance user experience.

You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written — you can articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for clients to understand how to leverage Adjust's tools effectively. Your interpersonal skills allow you to connect with diverse clients, fostering trust and collaboration.

You are data-driven and have a strong analytical mindset — you enjoy diving into metrics and using data to inform your strategies for customer engagement and retention. You are comfortable using analytics tools to track customer usage and identify opportunities for growth.

You are passionate about customer success and have a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals — you thrive in environments where you can advocate for customers and ensure they receive the best possible service. You understand that customer satisfaction is key to long-term business success.

Desirable

Experience in mobile marketing or analytics is a plus — familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in this space will help you better serve Adjust's clients. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Adjust, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth transition to using our platform — you will guide them through the setup process and provide training to help them understand how to utilize our analytics suite effectively. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations — your goal will be to understand their business objectives and how Adjust can help them achieve those goals. You will regularly check in with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience with our products.

You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform your approach to customer engagement — by understanding how clients use our platform, you will be able to recommend best practices and additional features that can enhance their experience.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and advocate for necessary improvements — your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of Adjust's offerings.
