What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with a Strategic Services Consultant to execute strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and productivity. You will be responsible for project management, including discovery, configuration, support, and end-user training. Your role will involve implementing solutions that enable customers to realize the true value of their ClickUp investment. You will also manage a small book of business, leading projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows and challenges, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, offering ongoing support, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the customer experience. You will play a key role in driving user adoption and engagement with ClickUp's platform, helping clients achieve their productivity goals.
