What you'll do

As a Data Import Analyst at Cloudbeds, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating data transfers for our customers — your primary responsibility will be to organize, track, and execute data imports, ensuring that each customer's transition to our platform is seamless. You will create data import templates in Excel and Google Sheets, applying your knowledge of formulas to manage data aggregation and inventory effectively.

In addition to managing data imports, you will provide customer assistance through Zoom calls and Zendesk tickets, guiding customers through the import process and addressing any concerns they may have. Your role will involve communicating important details about each customer's data import to co-teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance the data import experience, contributing to the overall success of Cloudbeds' mission to transform hospitality. Your efforts will help customers set up their operations efficiently, allowing them to focus on what they do best — providing exceptional service to their guests.
