Overview

Cloudbeds is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Onboarding Coach to guide new customers through the setup and adoption of their revenue generation tools. You'll leverage your expertise in Revenue Management Systems and AI-powered solutions to drive measurable revenue growth.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a deep understanding of Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and are skilled in guiding clients through complex software setups. Your experience in onboarding and customer success enables you to empower clients to utilize advanced revenue generation tools effectively. You are adept at managing proprietary tools and collaborating with RMS partners to ensure client satisfaction and success.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to convey technical concepts clearly to clients with varying levels of expertise. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is paramount, as you will be their primary point of contact during the onboarding process. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable working with a globally distributed team.

What you'll do

As a Revenue Intelligence Onboarding Coach, you will play a critical role in the Customer Onboarding Team at Cloudbeds. You will guide new customers through the setup and configuration of our Revenue Marketing product suite, ensuring they understand how to leverage AI-powered forecasting and dynamic pricing tools. Your goal is to empower clients to achieve measurable revenue growth through effective use of our platform.

You will conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients, helping them navigate our software and maximize its potential. Your expertise in email marketing will also be utilized as you assist clients in implementing targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
