What you'll do

As a Senior Named Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients from the initial stages of ideation through to the planning and implementation of solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, providing expert guidance on how Cloudflare's services can best meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting technical assessments, developing tailored solutions, and presenting your findings to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into the development of Cloudflare's offerings. Your insights will help shape the direction of product enhancements and new features, ensuring that they align with client needs and market demands.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will also contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives, helping to elevate the skills of your colleagues. You will be a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as they develop their own expertise in solutions engineering.
