What you'll do

As the Senior Solutions Engineering Manager at Cloudflare, you will oversee the technical aspects of the sales process for Digital Native customers in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead a team of solutions engineers, guiding them in developing and presenting tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities. You will be responsible for managing the full sales life cycle, from initial engagement through to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their technical skills. You will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the solutions engineering function within the organization.
